All orders are shipped from the UK. We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know and we will try our best to send it sooner. If you have any other questions about our shipping rates or service, just drop us an email at email@example.com and we will be happy to help.
- Items dispatched to the UK (mainland) are shipped with Royal Mail and will usually arrive within 1-2 working days of being shipped.
- Shipping to the UK is charged at a flat rate of £3.20.
W O R L D W I D E
- Items dispatched to the rest of the world are shipped with Parcel Force and shipping times will vary.
- Shipping to the rest of the world is charged depending on the country from £14 to £26. You will always be able to see the exact shipping costs at checkout.
- Please note that our shipping costs do not include any locally applied taxes and charges that may be levied by your country. Any such costs are your own responsibility.
R E T U R N S
We spend a lot of time thinking about the items that we stock and we always aim to bring you only those which we believe to be the best. That said, we also recognise that circumstances change, and we want to make sure you are always happy with everything you buy from us. We are therefore happy to accept returns as long as the following conditions are met:
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• No more than 14 calendar days can elapse between the purchaser receiving the item, and it being returned to HEF Home. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges for gift cards or sale items.
• To return an item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your order and we will advise you of the next steps.
R E F U N D S
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
L A T E R E F U N D S
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
S H I P P I N G
Please note that as we are a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of returning items to us, or refund the original postage cost. If your order was eligible for free delivery, we will deduct the cost of delivery from the refund (unless the remainder of your order after the refund is over the total required for free delivery).
Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
