Our beautiful kilim cushion covers are handmade from a vintage textile that started out in life as an anatolian rug. Every piece is one-of-a-kind which makes them extra special. They have character, soul, texture and depth and will elevate any space they’re in.
B E R B E R
Our authentic Moroccan blankets and cushions are carefully hand loomed in Tangier by Samir and his team of highly skilled Berber weavers. Each piece is woven on wooden looms using a traditional Berber weaving method. Natural variations occur in the hand loom process making every piece slightly unique.
S T U D I O H E F
We’re always on the look out for beautiful fabrics which we can give another lease of life! We’ve been collecting an assortment over time; delicate linens, intricate hmongs, vintage grain sacks and even designer off-cuts that would otherwise be headed to landfill. These are all small batch cushions made from limited fabrics - when they’re gone, they’re gone!
M U D C L O T H
Mud cloth (or Bògòlanfini) cushions are made using a traditional Malian technique in which a cotton fabric is dyed using fermented mud and plant dyes. The cloth is woven, dyed and stitched by hand which add character and personality to the fabric. Each cover has flaws which makes it unique and beautiful.
